CANCEL AUTO RENEW

I have been unable to cancel auto renew in all my subscriptions. Please help.

Hi gail27501,

I've checked the subscriptions you have associated with the email you used to register on the forum. All of these subscriptions have already had the auto renew cancelled during October, so you will not be automatically charged for any further subscriptions. You can continue to use the products until they expire.
