Unlikely to be able to get information via the forum as Virus Names are different from one AV to another.

That said, the TV GURU Browser doesn't actually appear to be a virus but adware in the form of a browser add-on that you would have to install or be tricked to install.

A search for TV GURU Browser/toolbar returns many hits. 
That said 2:  Some of the site offering to clean it look dubious to me offering to clean it for you could be more of an issue than what is meant to be the problem.

As @DavidR said above, this is a malware browser hijacker.

The removal instructions given at: https://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-tv-guru/ are concise, straightforward, trustworthy and FREE  :)

There are even steps to follow for Windows 7, 8 and 10.

This is a SpyHunter ad site ... all downloads for removal tool will download SpyHunter and it will only remove what it find if you pay

This is a SpyHunter ad site ... all downloads for removal tool will download SpyHunter and it will only remove what it find if you pay

I hate these bar stewards (say it very quickly and you know what I mean) who seek to take advantage of people with problems that they aren't able to deal with.
