firewall settings for WAMP apache

Hi,

I have AVAST since 3 weeks. I work with WAMP and cant get apache started. I see rules for other services.

What should be changed to allow WAMP apache? Can someone here explain it please?

When I go to the firewall menu in the firewall profile the public network option is chosen.

I work on an ordinary desktop with WAMP offline for localhost purposes and virtual host purposes.
