The connection is being aborted to a critical part of our business saying there's a URL:Mal threat.

The rest of the website is working fine. The pattern of the blocked pages is

What can I do? I added my domain to exclusions twice but it keeps getting removed.

In addition to reporting if you believe its a false positive, it may also be a legitimate detection if some actor has compromised your site. Have you checked the link on a site like VirusTotal?
