new beta version 19.1.3074 (build 19.1.4140) is released.

What was fixed

• Update progress is visible in UI (applicable during update to next version)
• Minor changes before release to public

You can not delete a privacy problem notification at the bottom of the main program screen. No option to close, ignore etc.
