Licence activated but ransomware protection is still not active

Hello,
I have renewed and activated my "Avast PRO" licence, but the ransomware protection feature is still not available. The software tells me to upgrade.

I am confused since the feature was available last year, and I renews my previous licence, I didin't change it to a dfferent package.
So in order to get tgis working maybe I need the "Avast internet security" licence? If I upgrade what I already paid will be subtracted? (I just renewed)

I am also confused because in my sofwtare screen I see "Avast PRO" as the licence name, while inside the Avast account (on the web) I see a  "Avast internet security" licence which si about to expire...

A month ago I was prompted to renew my licence, which I did.
I can see it in my Avast account: http://nimb.ws/I2o5TY
and it is called "Avast PRO"
I also see it called like this into the sofwtare > upgrade screen (https://www.screencast.com/t/5SNPenDrmp)

but inside my  Avast account (on the web) I see also a  "Avast internet security" licence which is about to expire... (http://nimb.ws/xzSLj8)

SO I am confused as I just paid to renew the licence
