missing locked phone in avast account device list

Hi,

Is there a way of recover deleted/mising device in avast account - device list?

I changed SIM and forgot about anti theft. It locked my phone and i forgot pin. When i log into avast account my phone is missing in device list. SO i cant unlock it or change pin.

What can i do?
