VPN Keep Disconnecting

I start using Avast VPN for my windows laptop. However, it keeps disconnecting every 30 minutes, even with optimal location. Is there any way to solve this problem? Thank you.

Hello fellow Avast user. I do not work for avast and am and have been having the same problem my online friend. It would be nice if we had an Avast tech Support in these forums to Answer our comments and question. As you are saying in not so many word...Why? and Whats the use even having a VPN to protect us If it is going to disconnect if even for 30-60 Seconds because That is all Anyone Needs to See our "Real IP Address". So it is like we didn't even have it!  And just to let you know, I personally do not do anything wrong nor illigael so i couldn't care less yet...I am Paying to Protect me Not show my identity! : ??? Bye, Michael.
