my "Explorer.exe" suspected infected.. what should i di?

my computer is restarting by itself when i tun my anrivirus or kind of it, i suspect infected by brontok or i don't know what.. i have use "process explorer" to search wich process run the virus but i still can't find out which one, cause everithyng seems to be normal (no suspicious process).. but i see that the explorer.exe process is written "Explorer.EXE" (Capital extension), i search in WINDOWS folder it's written "explorer.exe" (non capital letter), is this a virus? and what should i do? thank you.. ???

The capitalisations of the file extension in itself might just be the reporting process, since there aren't two copies of explorer.(exe EXE) it is more likely a reporting hitch.

Are you experiencing any suspicious activity ?

You could also check the offending/suspect file at: VirusTotal - Multi engine on-line virus scanner
Or Jotti - Multi engine on-line virus scanner and report the results.
