uPDATE: It works well now. I just needed to activate it on the dashboard but didn't know that. I thought it was automatically activated after purchase. Works great now!I purchased Avast Cleanup Premium but it is not working. I clicked on "open cleanup" but nothing happens. I restarted my computer and kept trying and trying. This is the second day I am trying. I received an email from Avast, but now I am sort of worried because the email is avast@digitalriver.com, and it doesn't have the domain Avast in it...is this an Avast email? In this email, they said that they are working on it but it might take some time because they have a lot of requests. In this same email, there are several links to go to for help. I tried the chat one to get help but the chat is unavailable or doesn't work and sends me back to the contact blank form. What is happening? I received an order confirmation from that same email I mentioned above. Please help (I hope that email does belong to Avast...) and please help me with the product I purchased. Thanks
