Email Not Recognized When Trying to Log In

Hi!

I installed Avast (free version) in Oct 2016.  Today, I tried to delete viruses in my virus chest but do not have my password to do so.  To change my password, Avast asks for my email address I signed up with.  I entered every email address I own and none was recognized.  I cannot access my account as a result.  Through the forums, I believe I was recommended to register for a new account.  I did.  To download a new Avast free version, I am to uninstall the old one.  But again, it's asking for my username and password for the old one to uninstall it.  So, I'm stuck.  How do I know what email is associated with this original version?  Any recommendations?

1. Download Avast Free Antivirus: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_free_antivirus_setup_offline.exe
2. Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions..!!)
3. Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
4. Reboot.
