Avast Support Refusing To Issue Refund

I bought multi products from Avast in December

I got a refund from anti-track successfully

I then requested a refund of one of the Premier licenses because i no longer need it

I have spent numerous emails to them in the past few months and the first one was dated before the 30-day money-back guarantee

I have not received a reply from ANY of these emails or support tickets
