Refund request

I recently checked banking statements to see that I have had money taken from my account by Avast and no email to notify me I have tried to contact support attached the required documents of my bank statement although having heard nothing back I am now wondering why I can not chat online or phone this company in trying to phone the London number I have been unable to get in contact with any one and I am now wondering weather to go through with ringing the fraud team at my bank any help, any one had the same sort of issue ?

This has happened to me too, i had no email to notify me that a payment was going to be made. Also i cant even find the invoice on my account. I have made multiple refund requests  and no reply as of yet. Customer service isn't the greatest from what i can see.

after getting in contact with the number for london a support colleague told me i must pay a fee to cancel the automatic renewal although i never signed up for this and i am still to recieve an email or a refund on the money that has been taken

Ignore the phone support (3rd party) and submit a ticket.

i submitted a ticket 3 days ago im just now reading many instances of the same thing whats going on here how can conformition not be given and money still be taken from my account without consent can i ask is the support ever going to get back to me or have i just been scammed

Be patient, a refund can take up to 7 business days.

dont get me wrong i appricate you for actually speaking to me just saying ive had no conformation of a refund and how do i know the same thing wont happen again thankyou for not leaving  me in the dark

ive been sent a reply email from digital river group although they have told me to check for conformation email which was never sent as my email was not provided

You must have given someone your bank account data.

j'ai eu les même problèmes que tout ce qu'on peut lire sur le forum à ce sujet, il y a deux ans, et cela à cause des méthodes de vente de ''digital river'' basée en Irlande? Mais aprés avoir réussi à les contacter par e-mail et un courrier à ''avast'' ( je ne me rappelle plus l'adresse ) j'ai été remboursé cash dans les 10 jours' faites très très attention quand votre commande passe par digital river ( systématiquement il vous colle un renouvellement automatique ou une confirmation d'achat après une période d'essai, bien décocher la case ''renouvellement auto''
hormis ça, j'ai sauvé mon ordinateur du clash, plusieurs fois avec leur produits et je serais preneur si il faisait un abonnement mensuel d'un pakage de leurs produits à un prix raisonnable
