Cleanup premium free trial is not free

I started a free trial period, but in the minute a clicked to start free trial, two payments were processed twice, within one minute about 2$ altogether. why? Its not much, but unfair.

Getting tired of no answer to any of my questions to avast. It is said, if one is satisified witha product, he tells it to one person, if not then to 11 person.

I am sorry for the late reply, it took me a bit longer to find the right people to ask.
Anyway, these transactions are usually performed by our payment providers to verify the credit card however it shall be just $1 for once and it is only blocked for a several days and then returned back.
So if you experienced something different and you are sure it was connected to the purchase of our trial, please confirm it and we will file a bug on our payment provider.
