Good Morning.
On Sunday January 30th Avast performed an auto renew for a licence on a PC I no longer own. I currently have a working license for the same software on a PC I do own. I thought I had cancelled all my auto renews so I could decide whether or not to purchase it so I'm unsure how this happend.

I requested a refund and cancellation on Monday January 21st and today is Thursday January 24th. I have received anything from Avast not even a confirmation that they received my request. What is the standard policy for a response time?
I do not require two licences of the same software when I only own one PC.
