How to get details of "Unable to Scan" files?

(1/2) > >>

Clint O:
I just completed a full system scan.  The report says there are a couple of hundred files that Avast was unable to scan.  In the scan report, I cannot see any details of these files.
How can I see a list of the files that were not scanned?  (I have searched the forum for an answer to this question and wasn't able to find an answer.)
I am using the free version of Avast for Mac.
(BTW, it's nearly impossible for me to read the letters in the verification image.  Can Avast find/use another verification method that isn't such a struggle to read?)

Thank you for the reply about the Capcha requirements.

Going back to my original question:  How can I see a list of the files that are "Unable to Scan"?

Thanks!

Hi Clint, see: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=222793.0

Clint O:
Thanks for sending the link to that thread in the forums.

I scrolled down through a bunch of posts that essentially said "Question not answered" over and over, until finally near the bottom of thread a user figured out how to do it.  (Position the cursor in the middle of the big empty field that looks like it should be showing a list of files; then right click to get a contextual menu; then select "Non-scanned".)

Why does it have to be so hard to get that explanation?
