AVAST Support Contact Info

Hi,
I am trying to request for a refund of my order. I have submitted tickets thru the online portal and get a request ID for my submission. However, i don't get any notifications of my submission.
How can i reach AVAST support via an e-mail ID or phone number ?

Be patient, a refund request can take up to 7 business days.
