I’m still facing issues on updating file definitions and on updating the antivirus as well
When I send an update from console to user’s pc , the updates go without any issue , it shows completed on console , but actually is not , still the device not updated still “ in danger “ status
We have also some users when they go for vacation, their PC’s offline for some time ,2 weeks or 3 weeks, when they come back they should get updates as soon as they turn on their pc’s automatically , the console shows in danger , even if I try to do it manually by sending the updates thru console , it’s not updating
For these “in danger” list , I usually try to update them manually ,by reinstalling the latest version of the antivirus on these pc’s , with a couple of restarts , till they get updates , some I find it difficult to get the updates on these pc’s , even when reinstalling many times and also with many restarts , still not updated
I need any solutions on updating , is there any other way to update or to fix this issue , we’ve been struggling since we were forced to upgrade to this Avast for business , we faced many issues since the upgrade , but after the recent updates most of the issue were solved except for update issue
We are stuck up with this updates issue , so please update us if there a way to fix it or if there is an update is coming for console or antivirus fixing this please inform us
