Avast FREE scan causes application error

Hi,
we have problems running this installer updates.gradientlabs.cz/SunApp/SunApp_1.4.0.0_RC3.exe on some machines. This is what can happen:

1) After launching the file an error message ShellExecuteEx 299 and that part of Read or WriteProcessMemory failed is displayed. At the same time Avast starts scanning this file. When it finishes, the installer is launched and works as expected. (happened on Win 10)
2) After launching the file an error message ShellExecute 255 is displayed. At the same time Avast starts scanning this file and sends it for examination to avast. The installer is not launched. (happened on Win 10).
3) After launching the file avast starts scanning it and sends for examination to avast. An error "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". (happened on Win 7)

Can you please advise what to change in our file to eliminate these errors?
