I don't can use my other Program about the avast Problem because kernel mode stack overflown. kwiq say it will fix in the next Update.

The important files are being deleted which are a bit injected by viruses. I just want avast to detect the virus but not to delete how can i.?

You can adjust it in the settings.

Updated today, Have now got a problem with Raxco Perfect Registry and Perfect Updater both put in Virus chest as Malware, have been using this software for as long as I have used Avast which is longer than I can remember. :(

Where is the full installer for 19.3.2369 ? ?  Avast did an update to that version just this morning. Went fine, but like to keep the full off line installer file if it is ever needed

Thought I'd add in something, I got the same message but the fix didn't work for the reason that it was the interface that was displaying that screen with the only option being a box to exit.
It occurred immediately after I ran the program update.
The issue is to do with OpenDNS of all things, on it's highest filter setting avast.com is blocked, adding it in as an exception, waited the obligatory 3 minutes and rebooted for it all to start working again.
