procedure entry point not located error

I am receiving a error about the procedure entry point could not be located in the dynamic link library C:/Program Files/AVASTSoftware/Avast/avastUI.exe. I am thinking I just do a reload of the program but worry about losing my registration info.. any ideas??

If Repair doesn't fix the problem, try the following:
