Now I cannot record audio or take pictures from my phone from my.avast.com. I have premium subscription (Pro) one year. The message is We are unable to connect to your device. What is happening?

I tried to logout and login in the AMS and add again my device in my.avast.com, but still have the problem. Please help

Hi, try this, please:
1) uninstall ALL Avast apps (remove the Avast Mobile Security from Device Administrators first)
2) check there is no "Avast" in your device Settings → Accounts
3) remove the device from the Avast My Account
4) only then install the Avast apps back and log them back in the My Account
