Tablet Touch Screen not working on the buttons

I have two Dell Venue 8 Pro tablets with Windows 10.  When using Cleanup, the buttons on the Cleanup pages cannot be selected using a touch; I have to use a bluetooth keyboard, tap "tab" over to the button needed to be pushed, and hit enter.
