No response to refund.

I've been contacting support for days, and they gave me one of 2 refunds. I received confirmation for both, but only one was accepted so far. I've tried renetering my information, but the VPN one has not been refunded

Yes I'm dumb, and forgot to disable auto renew, but I still didn't want to spend $120+ on stuff that I rarely use! I love Avast, and do enjoy their anti virus, but I do not need the VPN. I never used it during the trial after like twice to see how it worked.

Please help!

Be patient, a refund can take up to 7 business days. Also, don't submit multiple tickets (FIFO).

The thing is I did 2 tickets cause it was 2 separate things. One went through, but I didn't recieve a response for the second one, which was more expensive.

I am sorry for the delay. The second refund has been processed for now.

Please be aware, it may take between 5 to 7 business days to complete the refund process, and to have the funds back in your account.
