VPN AVAST SECURELINE

Bonjour, je viens d'acheter la licence pour installer vpn avast secureline sur mon pc (windows 10) j'essaie de l'installer, cela me met installation complete vous pouvez maintenant l'utiliser et là je dois cliquer sur open mais rien ne veut s'ouvrir !!!
et dans avast, il me redemande de l'installer
comment faire

Hello, I just bought the license to install vpn avast secureline on my pc (windows 10) I try to install it, it puts me complete installation you can now use it and there I have to click open but nothing wants to open !!!
and in avast, he asks me to install it again
