REFUND REQUIRED.

I have had no acknowledgement of having lodged a request for refund of the Vpn service. This was taken from my account prior to the scheduled date and I am not interested in a paid product. I have therefore lodged more than one request and have also emailed per a receipt for the refund that was approved for the cleaner product.
The last request is number 57869758100.

That appears to direct me to the precise process and web form that I have no response from, hence my being here.

Be patient, a refund can take up to 7 business days. Also, don't submit multiple tickets (FIFO).

I've had no response to lodging one of the two refunds, taken 3 days before they were scheduled and consequently, Paypal has intervened and will be pursuing the refund.
