Not able to renew license

License for my Avast Premier expires today and I opted for renewal , the connection gets broken when I try to go to payment portal via CC Avenue using Chrome browser.

I tried Mozilla Firefox browser, succeeded in paying subscription for 2 years @ Rs.1799/-, my debit card and bank account are debited, yet payment has not been confirmed by CC Avenue or Avast.

Not received confirmation mail with activation code.

Repeated attempts to contact Avast support has not shown any response.
