Asking for permission that I have already given

When using Cleanup on my Nexus 3, to do a deep clean I get a notice that I need to grant permission and then sends me to a screen where I have already given permission.  Any ideas?  TIA

Hi, we are confused by your device, there was no such a device as Nexus 3. Please provide more information about it.

Hi, not sure if you ever got a reply to this, however 18 me nths later and I still have this issue myself on Google pixel 3, and 4, and all I can do is unclick peission, then reclick, then manually go back and only then will it do a deep clean, it is pants really, sure to be an easy fix if anyone from avast actually bothered to read these posts and try to help!
