What is difference between Deleting a virus permanently, and deleting it to the recyle bin (is it the trash in Windows or Outlook Express?)
Do you have any other advise of what I should do when a virus is being detected?

when a virus is detected you should try to repair and if that failes move to chest and post the file name here on the forum. If a trojan or worm is detected try to repair but it will almost alwasy fail them I delete them as they do not "infect" files like viruses do
