I scanned my computer and found the following:

Earlier I've had Panda Antivirus Platinum installed, changed to AVG, didn't like any of them. Panda acted weird (I got a blue screen in Win98 SE) and AVG didn't detect that many viruses, I thought it actually did find very little, since I receive tons of junk mail each day.
I changed to Avast and I'm more pleased with this AV program.

You can delete that file. It's most likely a reminder from the Panda installation (a false alarm really, but that's due to the fact that the Panda guys don't encrypt their virus signatures, as discussed about zillion times on this forum :)).

BTW Do you have the latest version of avast? 4.1.335? If not, it might be quite useful to do an update...
