I have enabled that feature, added these two lines

and it doesn't filter any of them. Originally, I tried with only the second line (omitting the country code, but it didn't work either)
Avast Mobile has both Telephone and Contacts permissions, and I'm using Android 9 with the security update from February 5th (I didn't use the call blocker before that update, so I don't know if it worked or not)
Lastly, to be sure Avast is working and doesn't stop for any reason, I have the upper bar enabled so I can check anytime if it's working or not
