Refunded but not Requested

On March, 3 6:35am I got a confirmation that my subscription was refunded. This happened around the time my Avast Secureline VPN could not connect, and was in constant "Hiccup". Was I refunded because they knew what was going on with my Avast Secureline VPN and went ahead with the refund?
