Hi,
I downloaded de avast cleanup installer but it is not working. When started it fails with error 12002, complaining that cannot download files (see attached capture).
I got a copy of the sfx.log file, it is also attached.
Tried disabling windows firewall and also setting a public DNS (8.8.8.8 ), but no luck.
How can I install?
I have avast premium security installed, but using the offline installer. Why there is not offline installer for cleanup?
