Cancel Avast Cleanup free trial and auto subscription

Hi, I wish to cancel my auto-renewal subscription for my avast cleanup premium. But I can't seem to find the option to cancel. Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation email but I have my license ID. Please advise me. Thank you.

It honestly is impossible to cancel this free trial. And from reading all the posts, it seems that nothing has been fixed to resolve this.

I would go as far as to presume that this is deliberate.

Service like this (the lack of rather) deters me from even thinking about renewing my paid subscription again.

could you please check whether you have another order ID because the one you have provided is connected with Avast Internet Security.

Ideally if you could send me the license key which is used in you Cleanup product I would be able to find your record and cancel the subscription there.
