Cancel Avast Cleanup free trial and auto subscription

Hi, I've also been trying to cancel my Avast Cleanup Pro Subscription and it hasn't been working. I never got an order confirmation email from Avast after the free trial was activated, so I'm unable to find my Order ID and Password too. Honestly, it's been a struggle to cancel the autorenewal and after hours of being on this forum, I think this is the only way to do it.

If you don't have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.

It doesnt give me anywhere to explain to them what my problem is i only want to stop the subscription renewal on the cleanup program after the free trial runs out nothing more nothing less.

i wish to cancel my avast cleanup premium subscription for two licenses. i do however not have a receipt and don't know which e-mail they are linked to or if they're at all ( i think i got them with a free account). i can however see the license number in the desktop app, but cant figure out how to cancel them. it's RZU5MA-F89RG2-4YU52W

They are still valid until Feb/21/2020 and Apr/19/2020 so you can still enjoy our products until then.
