Cancel Avast Cleanup free trial and auto subscription

I have been trying to find where I can cancel the free trial for Avast Cleanup, License: SEKQXR-8FCVWJ-5PC95E. Please cancel this on my behalf or let me know how I can do that as soon as possible.  please take this as an instruction to cancel the subscription/free trial.

It seems that your trial has been already converted to a full license so if you still want to cancel it you will need to ask for a refund.
