Malware IDP.HELU.JarMal6

Hello guys,
Avast is detecting malware on my Windows 10 computer, but it can not remove it.
Does anyone have any tips on how to remove this IDP.HELU.JarMal6 from my PC?

I decided as follows:
I removed the scheduled task from the windows task scheduler. And the message stopped appearing.
