When I am trying to start avastClear from command line, it says "the system can not execute specified program" no matter if it's on USB or copied to c:\
System: Windows 10 64 1803. Upgraded from 7.
The update 1803 did break the system. Nothing works: Control Panel is not working, menu start, instead of desktop there is only recycle bin. Even calculator is not working, what is working is MMC, regedit, cmd.
Same in safe mode. Also Windows 10 installer is working, but It can not finish in place upgrade because BSOD Page Fault in nonpaged area after 1hr+ of installing.
According to MS website it could be RAM, the driver or anti-virus which is avast. How to remove Avast on given PC?
