Unfortunately that screenshot isn't much help, essentially it is just an image of the text you have posted.
Normally Avast would give you an alert window giving more details, e.g. the process trying to connect to that URL. We need to find out what it is on your system that is trying to connect and getting blocked.
Do you get an alert window displayed (rather than the image of the notifications area) to the screen ?
If so can you attach that to your next post (use the 'Attachments and other options' below the text input window.
It will expand when clicked ans allow you to attach the image, as I have done with mine.
