AVAST Account missing Devices?

Anybody else having this issue?
or
know what to do to correct?

On March 12 , 2019 I updated Avast to V19.3.2369.
Since then when I login to my Avast Account my Device is missing.
 It says:
“You don't have any devices connected to your Account yet.”
I selected : “add First Device”
On that screen I:
1)   Selected the operating system of the device
2)   Under the heading “Your Device will be secured with : AVAST FREE AntiVirus”
a.   I pressed DOWNLOAD INSTALLER
b.   The installer was downloaded.
c.   Running the Installer it tells you that it will "Pair the install " with my account.
d.   Rebooted the machine.
e.   Logged in to my Account and  nothing has changed.
3)   The SEND download link to... doesn't send anything.
a.   Tried multiple time and nothing arrives

yes this is not related to AV update but unfortunately to necessary changes on the account side. see https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=225826.0

Thank you for pointing me  to the information.  I did some searching , but obviously not using the correct phrases to get me this information.
I didn't mean to put out a duplicate post.
