Avast Pro doesn't update through a proxy server
« on: June 08, 2019, 08:32:16 PM »
Hello Guys.
I'm implementing the Avast Pro 19 in my network, and I'm facing some issues.
The first one is that after the installation is done in the clients the update is not working because all my clients need to use a proxy server to update and I haven't found this setting to define my proxy values.

The only option to define a proxy server is to update the software version.

Someone already fixed this problem?

Thanks,
Reinaldo.

Which management console are you using? If using the on-prem, what's the console version?

You can find Proxy settings in Device settings -> Select setting template -> General settings -> Proxy settings
