Author Topic: Why are devices and subscriptions not showing on the Avast website?  (Read 2408 times)

I would like to know why no subscriptions or devices are showing up on my Avast account. I have purchased a few items, but I can't see them.

I have noticed that when I click "My subscription" it will show them, but with that big box, you'd think it would display them there. On the left though, it says there are no devices connected, but I am connected with two devices, my phone and desktop

I've had Avast on my computer since I bought it, which was 12 days ago. This is my first time actually getting on my.avast.com
