Yes, very challenging to navigate, much less find what it is you want.

As a side note I have never gone to the my.avast.com page to get to the forum (outside of testing). I just use a book mark or more often I still have a Firefox Tab open.

@Asyn. Indeed that is what I have done myself, but new users will not find the Forum from my.avast, or even from the main Avast website.

Also answers yet why the phantom "Phone" page appears, then dissapears. All a bit weird.

This is how I get to the forum:

The my.avast.com account is only for license information since I'm using the free version of Avast and I paid for SecureLine.
