Ublock Origin break pop-up blocker in Chrome

Anyone noticed this too? After Ublock Origin uninstall Chrome block pop-ups normaly but with Ublock Origin installed pop-ups appear on most sites. I dont know how report this bug so i am tring writte bugreport here for someone who is able report this bug to Ublock Origin owner. (I tried it but they deleted my post as invalid).

Ublock Origin 1.18.16
Chrome 73.0.3683.103 64bit Stable

No other extension installed.

I think Ublock Origin is also security extension that why i choosed this category.

Did you try the latest version (1.18.16)..?

Yes and no change.
If you use Chrome and Ublock origin please test it for example here: http://www.popuptest.com/
