avast browser keyboard text wrong

When I use Avast browser, my typed in text comes up garbled, totally wrong....it looks like this w1r6js4kl. When I use other browsers, the blue E, firefox, my word program, everything is fine. I'm also not getting anything up in bank mode....just a blank page.

I cleared the cache. What can I do to fix this? Avast is my default browser. I'm sure it's something on my end.

Since I got no answer at all to this problem, I am uninstalling this browser. I can't get to my passwords so I'll have to deal with that. I'm very very disappointed with Avast.

Maybe it's time for a clean install of the Secure Browser
Download the installer from here, https://www.avast.com/en-us/secure-browser
Download the Secure Browser Removal tool from here, https://download.avastbrowser.com/avast_secure_browser_uninstall.exe
Save your Bookmarks via the Book Marks Manager if you have custom bookmarks so you can import them when you re-install.
Uninstall Secure Browser via Programs and Features - Reboot
Run the removal tool, reboot, run the installer import your favorites if you saved them.
