false positive - Netskope
« on: April 14, 2019, 03:24:07 PM »
Hello my company uses "Netskope" (a kind of proxy) to secure the connection to Google G-suite.
This allows me to connect to my company's G-drive from my home computer.

This was working fine from my desktop until now when I changed my computer for a new one. A laptop, windows 10 on which I installed Avast FREE.

The online security of Avast is blocking the access to G-suite because it recognizes the Netskope proxy as a threat (phishing).
I tried to declare "*.rproxy.goskope.com" as an exception but avast is still blocking the access.

Is there anything I can do to solve my problem?

Vincent

I removed google.com.rproxy.goskope[.]com from our blacklist.
Also please refrain from using google[.]com in your domain - that is usually used in phishing and therefore is a strong indicator of a malicious domain.
