Cleanup Premium: Windows Setup Files

When running Cleanup is it safe to delete my Windows Setup Files?

Hi
While I don't run/have Cleanup installed, I would be careful of deleting any Windows files until someone with experience with Cleanup replies.
I would think it depends where they are located and how .old they are.

i can't delete my windows set files. Says is ignored. Won't let me  ig
