Avast block Skype connection

I am currently on 19.1.2360 (build 19.1.4142.454), and will upgrade to the new version. However this version is blocking my Skype connection to my job, as it's complaining that there's phishing. This is a false positive; I need to run in passive mode to get around this which is hardly the best solution
