I also paid the licence for additional $25 to upgrade to Internet security. but no email and no where to download. Try to check for email to ask Avast. cannot find. Super frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look at the exchanges between harvey21 and MartinZ, your (basic) link which takes up the explanations already given by Asyn does not explain the "new" grey click problems (screenshot of harvey21 #13, Lucas402 and undoubtedly : o ) , we notice that the "select" button for avast free, does not appear.Of course, after a clean install, it must work properly but people will prefer to fix the problem normally
Obviously, there is a new (not very important) Avast free renewal problem, as MartinZ #15 and #17 seem to say and want to fix.
