Avast Cleanup Wont Activate

Hi,
My cleanup wont activate
I have a licence No. (which is the same as my Avast Internet security)
Please advise a way forward to activate cleanup

I have tested the activation code linked to your email address that you have used for this forum, and there are no issues with the Avast Cleanup license itself (and it is normal that the code is shared with Avast Internet Security).

Can I ask you to provide more information about what happens when you try to activate the license (e.g. if you being shown any error messages)?
